Treqora provides cryptocurrency recovery, blockchain forensics, asset tracing, security consulting, and compliance services. Our services are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our assessment of each individual case.
We cannot guarantee recovery of lost or stolen assets. Recovery depends on various factors including but not limited to: the nature of the loss, timing of the incident, cooperation of exchanges and law enforcement, and the complexity of the blockchain transactions involved.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their case. This includes but is not limited to:
Treqora maintains strict confidentiality protocols. All client information, case details, and communications are handled with the utmost discretion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Service fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to clients prior to engagement. Fees may include consultation fees, investigation fees, and success-based fees where applicable.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Treqora's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to recover assets.
All reports, analyses, and documentation prepared by Treqora remain the intellectual property of Treqora. Clients receive usage rights for the specific purpose for which the services were engaged.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Treqora operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
